Operation of various spots on the occasion of National Fisheries Week - 2018.
Details
During the National Fisheries Week, from 21 July to 26 July, the operation of the administration was done to protect the fisheries resources in different areas of the upazila. The operation was led by Mr. Md. Anisur Rahman, Upazila Executive Officer and Upazila Fisheries Officer Mr. Md. Abdus Salam. A large quantity of fake and pamphlets were destroyed in the operation and many pona fish were recovered after the advice of the executive officer was released in different ponds of the upazila
